NFL Peacock Exclusive Dec 27
NBCUniversal recommends all clients register with AD-ID and assign a valid AD-ID code to each creative prior to submission of advertising creatives. NBCU provides support in the onboarding process.
There is an 11-character limit for all AD-IDs.
High Definition (HD) creative includes a 12th character, an H at the end of the code.

Ad standards
All commercials airing in the Peacock NFL game on December 27, 2025 must be submitted to Standards for review before they can run.
Submission process
There are only two ways for advertisers or their clearance agencies to submit commercial clearance materials to Standards for review for this programming:
Upload clearance materials via the NBCU Standards website, www.nbcustandards.com, or via MediaQurator to the Peacock destination.
If uploading via the website, you must first register for an account and await approval before uploading.
Commercials submitted via email will not be reviewed.
When uploading clearance materials:
In the Comments box on the Create Submission page, you must include the following note: “Clearance submission for NFL on Peacock game [insert air date]”
After clicking Send, a message may appear regarding the conditions on which to proceed - please continue with your submission.
Standards review
A slated copy of the final commercial must be submitted a minimum of 10 business days before the scheduled air date. The viewing file must be slated with its corresponding AD-ID. Final approval cannot be given to finished commercials that do not include an AD-ID on the slate.
In advance of finalizing your commercial, advertising agencies may submit preliminary clearance materials such as storyboards, claim substantiation, releases, and rough cuts to Standards for initial review and feedback via the Standards website or MediaQurator.
After clearance materials have been reviewed, Standards will provide feedback via the applicable submission platform confirming if the commercial has been approved, not approved and/or if additional documentation or revisions are required.
Resources
For step-by-step instructions on uploading via the Standards website, see the Guide to Uploading to NBC Standards Website.

Spot delivery
NBCUniversal requires all advertisers to send commercials via a vendor (no exceptions). All questions regarding NBCU’s specs and qualifications for commercials can be handled by the vendor directly as we work with each of them frequently.
To submit a spot:
Create an account with one of the vendors listed below.
Upload your spot(s) to that vendor using their required specifications.
Once your spot(s) has passed their internal QC process, submit an “Order for delivery” and specify NBC as the delivery location.
Delivery of file-based content is accepted only from the following pre-approved vendors.
Comcast Ad Delivery | 855-858-1942 | www.comcasttechnologysolutions.com
XR Extreme Reach | 800-324-5672 | support@extremereach.com
On The Spot Media | 855-855-6876 | sales@onthespotmedia.com
Spotgenie | 888-202-1631 | sales@spotgenie.com
Yangaroo | 866-992-9902 | adsupport@dmds.com
NBCUniversal requires that only one file of a commercial file be electronically delivered to our NBC Network media library. Deadline to submit creative is December 15, 2025.
For all NBCUniversal properties, there is a limitation of 11 characters for all AD-IDs.
Copy will not air without written instructions.
An AD-ID/ISCI-coded commercial must be sent to NBCU twice. Operations and Standards do not share libraries; this ensures rejected spots/non-final versions of spots never go to air.
Via vendors (this is the final version of the spot that will go to air)

Commercial instructions
All commercial instructions must include agency, agency contact, advertiser, network (Peacock Exclusive NFL), team match up, air date, air start time, brand, AD-ID, and length.
Traffic instructions must be received as “By Spot traffic” listing each individual unit with a corresponding AD-ID for each day of air.
Revisions must be clearly marked with the word “revision” and the revision number. All revisions should indicate what was changed from the prior instructions and the effective date. Revisions must be received no later than 12pm NOON EST the business day prior to air.
For NBCUniversal, the “H” at the end of the AD-ID indicates that it is an HD commercial. All HD spots must end with “H”.
Please send all commercial instructions via email attachment only (PDF, XLS, DOC, JPEG, PNG) to the distribution lists below. All instructions must be provided as an attachment only. No download links or instructions in the body of the email are accepted by NBCU. A template is available.
