Frequently Asked Questions Milan Cortina 2026 Olympics

This page provides answers to common questions about creative guidelines for the Milan Cortina 2026 Olympic Games.

When are assets due?

Final creative (including AD-ID) and third-party login information is due by January 9th, 2026 to ensure delivery is being reported accurately to agency and advertiser.

How can I contact your Digital Ad Ops Team?

You can reach our Ad Ops team at ads@nbcolympics.com.

Where can I submit my creative?

While any hard asset delivered to our linear storehouse is accessible for digital use, you can also submit hard assets, VAST, and 1x1 tags via ads@nbcolympics.com and your sales
planner.

Is there an easier way to submit my video hard assets?

Yes! If you want to submit digital video creative via your normal linear submission workflow, we can grab those assets from our creative storehouse to run on digital.

What are the additional AD-ID details?

AD-ID codes are assigned to each creative asset, providing a unique identifier that can be used across all media channels and workflows. AD-ID codes are created through a secure platform.

For information on AD-ID, please visit http://www.ad-id.org/.

An advertiser—or agency on their behalf—can register and assign AD-IDs using the following steps:

  1. Determine who will manage the AD-ID system (most often the creative agency).

  2. Contact AD-ID customer service at cs@ad-id.org or call (646) 259-4171 to set up your account.

  3. Create an AD-ID code in less than 5 minutes.
